You know when you’re in a season of growth and moments of feeling overwhelmed sneak up & you’re not sure you have the capacity to grow anymore? I found myself in one of those moments recently, an extended one, actually… I hate when they do that! When they seem to linger for longer than they’re welcome. But it’s also in those moments, those seasons, that the need for inward growth becomes greater.
This season has been challenging! It’s amazing what the Lord will speak when you really pour your heart out to Him & let Him get closer. I found myself in the middle of worship at @newchapel pouring my heart out with expectation; James 4:8 says that if we draw near to God, He will draw near to us. He spoke one simple thing to my heart that morning and it was then that I understood this season I’m in – it’s an opportunity. A chance to let the Lord work in me to increase my capacity, refresh my spirit and give new vision for my family & business! If a business needs to grow strategically you better believe the people behind them do too! I’m amazed again & again at the goodness of God and how intentionally He works in our lives. So I’m soaking up this season of nearness to Him and excited for the things to come! ? @kelseyhettinga .
